My congratulations to Tom Henry, Mayor-elect, on his win yesterday. Although I have yet to meet Mr. Henry personally, I understand him to be a man of integrity, and have great respect for his family. I wish him well as he leads our city.
With the election now over, I trust we will soon receive the report of testing results on the OmniSource property. I urge the City to release these to the public as soon as possible so we may make an informed decision on exercising the purchase option. December 31st is just around the corner.
You need to get over your conspiracy theory. The city didn’t make this a campaign issue, Kelty did. The city is still in negotiations with the property owners. The test reports are subject to a confidentiality agreement during negotiations. The end.
If the city buys this property AND is expected to also clean it up because it’s in the purchase agreement, oh man look out!!!!
The Sh*T will hit the fan.
Cannon Man
Well, looks like we won’t ever get that report. Did you see who is Henry’s transition manager??
No wonder the Omnisource information wouldn’t be revealed…
