The North River Now Task Force met on August 23 to finalize the development concept.

We cannot look to Toledo or Dayton, Indianapolis or Providence for who or what we are supposed to be. We must embrace that which makes us unique. Only we can reclaim the title long lost, and once again become the standard-bearer worthy of emulation."
